In order to ensure the long-term, stable and reliable operation of products, Bestar will arrange senior service engineers team to conduct detection to Bestar products at end users’ site which include function testing, dust removal, reinforcement, oil-proofing and anti-corrosion, upgrading software and parameters and other updates service.

Warranty Extension

According to the application and site investigation Bestar provides end users with extended warranty service to reduce product maintenance cost after warranty.
